I stayed for a week at this hotel and they were remodeling so it was noisy and occasionally dusty in the lobby. The staff was very friendly, but I rated it down because I did not receive any daily service of my room. I had to ask for coffee almost every day and by the fourth day I was out of everything-clean towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, and coffee. I wasn’t expecting my sheets to be changed because I was staying there the whole time, that part didn’t bother me, but not even poking your head in and refilling my coffee and clean towels was a little irritating. I did utilize the pool and it was nice and warm,I was in Colorado Springs for a knee procedure and the pool was a nice amenity. The breakfast looked great although I didn’t eat it while I was there. They had hot and cold cereals, juice, milk, fresh fruit, waffles for you to make with The self serve waffle maker. So for a family that would’ve been a really nice breakfast to start with. Also, Expedia doesn’t tell you that there is deposit when checking in for this hotel. Also I booked everything through Expedia as a package and went through dollar car rental. they charged a deposit which Expedia didn’t talk about either so be prepared when you’re booking through Expedia to have large deposits required for the hotel and car rental. I did not come with very much but thankfully I had a credit card that I never use and was able to put the deposit on that.

I wasn't even sure that the hotel was open because the fabric sign tacked over previous name was sloppy and falling down. There were pallets and old sheetrock and a trailer all outside the front entrance. I understand that they are under construction, but the picture on their website of a beautiful stylish kitchen/entrance is very misleading and there was no indication that there was construction going on; they should have disclosed that. The phone charger in our room did not work so I had to plug in my own. Breakfast the following morning was not good at all, the eggs and sausage were cold and the waffle batter was too runny. We passed by there a couple of times during breakfast hour and no one had bothered to clean the counters or tidy up. During my 4-day stay, there was no maid service, no one offered to tidy up our room or take out trash. I'm sure very soon this will be a beautiful hotel, but in the meantime they should disclose that they are under construction and that would have given us a heads up. The one thing I have to say is the staff was very polite and very friendly. Thank you

It was under construction. It was loud and dusty. It didnt even look open. The 1st room we were in the shades fell down. Then when we changed rooms the door cards never worked to open our door. It was very frustrating.

I got some other guests walking into my room at 1.20 am while me and my husband were sleeping. The keys weren't working and we have to replace multiple times until we decide to take turns to exit the room so we won't get locked out

Property is undergoing renovation and they shouldn’t be renting rooms. It was like the construction twilight zone. We arrived to a stack of mattresses in the entrance, the sign was hanging from a sheet over a prior sign, boxes of new toilets in the lobby, broken ceilings, unfinished painting, a worker man and his dog who had clearly been living in the room next to mine with the door wide open and clothes, food, and simple chaos everywhere. The fitness room was under construction, our bed had pilllows in disarray that people may have laid their head upon, electrical wires were exposed, and so much more. It was insane and they shouldn’t have rented rooms to anyone.

This property was under extensive renovation that was not listed on Expedia or their website. The entrance to the lobby was filled with trash, the lobby had boxes of new toilets sitting everywhere. My room was tiny with one light, no closet, no chairs to sit on, the blinds were broken and wouldnt go up, the room was dark and it was noisy. I checked out the next day and was told the balance of my stay would be refunded but it has not been. Very disappointed. It should be closed during this renovation! It will probably be lovely when completed but not worth a stay while work is being done.

This hotel should not be open during the renovations it’s currently undergoing- it’s absolutely not ready for guests. There’s old furniture stacked everywhere, wires hanging from ceilings. My room had no lamp and the thermostat was gone, just wires hanging from the wall. The room smelled strongly of paint, which was all over the room, along with dust and old painter’s tape. The toiletries in the bathroom had already been used by someone, and there was a giant blob of what I hope was red paint in the bedsheets. The staff was friendly and helpful getting what they could for us, but i wouldn’t have booked a room here if I’d known the state it was in.
