Room was 77 degrees all night. Couldn’t get thermostat any lower. Was told “that’s just how it is.”

The front desk employee was rude and had an unpleasant demeanor. She questioned where we were going after returning late and was rude in her response to us. Plus how was it that the security deposit was more than the room itself? You need to improve on that and made me never want to stay at your establishment again.

In this day and age with so many options to get to the internet. This hotel decided to go with who ever is the most unreliable, off more times then it is on, slow to non-existent, joke of a service. If you can't provide simple daily Internet service to your paying guests. Why are you in this business in the first place?????????? Never Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roger, I am sorry there was internet trouble. Our provider was reporting intermittent outages that day. I am sorry this was such an inconvenience.

Expedia booked my stay for February 23rd when i booked my stay for coming in February 2nd leabing the 3rd. I need a refund.

They do not enforce their no smoking policy. The hallway reeked some times.

Ronald, Thank you for the nice review. We appreciate the comments about the no-smoking policy. Unfortunately, because this is a mix of residential homes and hotel rooms, owners are allowed to smoke in their condominiums. However, we take your comments seriously and will try to mitigate some of the smell. Thank you again.

While showing it's age, this is a charming property. The staff is first-rate and the cafe is better than you would expect.
