Sorry you were unhappy with your player's card. We do try to help out by allowing earned points comp the room with enough play. They also earn offers based on play.

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely remodeled rooms, pleasant staff, clean. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were all extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bathroom was a bit tiny and cramped with the door configuration but this is to be expected from an older hotel. I really loved that there were heat lights outside that you could sit under and warm up at.

Small problem with the heat in our room the 2nd night. Jim at the front desk handled very well and compensated us for that nights stay and gave us a fan so we could go back to bed and be comfortable.

I noticed that, the room didn't have windows to look out. But it was a great stay. Thank you
