Staff was friendly and fun. Property lacked good updates that made the place look dirty and out of date. Otherwise loved how clean it was!

The staft did not make my stay very enjoyable. They were very unprofessional, I was rushed out of my room given attitude and they allowed

Our room was dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been clean; there was dirt and hair all over. We asked if we could have housekeeping come in, and they never showed up.

Room did not appear to be cleaned correrctly prior to checkin. We found a half cuo of coffee on the window sill. A handicap chair for showering left in our small bathroom, We placed it outside of our door and it remained there for 2 days. On 2 occations when in the lobby wanting to buy from your convience center.there was no one on duty. A sign advided be back shortly.

Hot tub was closed and pool was ice cold. Stayed so our children could enjoy the pool bur it was way too cold.
