I thoroughly enjoyed staying here overnight while in Springs. Lika, one of the front desk reps, was absolutely amazing; she was able to check me in a few minutes early as I ended up in an unexpected situation with my rental car (flat tire) and had no where else to go. I truly appreciated her compassion and humor. I recommend stopping at Lumen8 and Toastique; one is a rooftop bar/restaurant and the other is a fun gourmet toast/smoothie spot that’s just South of the Hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff did not clean our room all day. We even asked if they could get to our room, and after a night out of the hotel, we came back to a dirty room. What exactly are we paying for when we stay there? Also, the attendants at the front desk were a rude and dismissive.

The breakfast was a sx@hit show. There was a chef with a grill behind the opening but no one knew what the proceedure or options were. No signage of instructions.

First time being in Colorado. I came for a wedding and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly! Very modern and safe place to stay! The quality you get for the price is incredible! Probably one of my hotels I’ll always use in the future coming back to Colorado Springs.
