friendly service and great location, exactly what i expected. Only bad thing is there was a cigarette smell in the hallway, but you cannot control your guests all of the time.

Property is already closed. Couldnt checkin. Had to find another place. Need a refund and compensation for inconvenience.

Baymont was closed when we arrived. There was one staff left who was cleaning out the refrigerator. We went there because we had previously loved it!

My apologies. It wasn’t supposed to be possible to book our hotel as we are closing permanently. Something happened and Expedia was temporarily able to sell our rooms. Unfortunately our system wouldn’t permit us to check you in. We hope that was the only negative experience during your vacation. Stay safe!

They wouldn’t give me back my money due to a family emergency. I say the customer service and understanding of a situation should have been take into consideration.

Yolanda,When you purchase a non-refundable and non-cancelable reservation you are locking in a lower rate but taking the risk you won't be able to get your money back if you can't make it unexpectedly. Now you can buy trip insurance with your reservation to mitigate that risk but typically that negates any savings.A slightly more expensive reservation that has free cancellation may be a better option for you if you're willing to chance your odds of everything going smoothly and making the reservation but you are still frustrated and upset when your plans are altered outside of your control.We absolutely understand your frustration and sympathize. However, just like you are contractually bound to the terms and agreements you made with Expedia when you booked the reservation we are also contractually obligated to follow terms and agreements. Our hands are tied when it comes to prepaid reservations. We hope everything works out with your family emergency and that you're able to have a little get away when everything is resolved.
