I didnt like it. Let me start; need change all towels because rag and yellow towels, need clean shades, window rails with mold, food at restaurant terrible i had wait almost 1/2 hour an salty except for breakfast, staff need to be more friendly with tourists. No attitude. You fell youre not welcome. I have proof about mold windows and curtains dirty. Thats why im giving the score.

The place to stay for access to cruise ships. They can arrange for transportation from the Panama City airport for you.

This hotel was in a great location to catch a cruise! There is a shuttle that takes you right to the ship! Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the colon free zone with tons of shopping! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends!!

Hotel and staff were great. Área not so much. But it’s the best hotel in colon.
