Room was fine, bathroom was fine very basic. Had a kitchenette but no cups or cutlery or plates. Bed was ok.

Lovely hotel. €6 for a bottle of tap water is outrageous though.

Trendy boutique hotel, BayArena walkable
Posted 27 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe rooms are simplistic and modern. It feels brand new, especially the bathroom. Staff are friendly.
It’s a short walk to the Wiesdorfer Pl. which seems to be the Main Street. The train station is about a 10 minute walk.
We also walked to the BayArena from the hotel

Location of property was about 20 minutes on the train from city centre name nikii city hotel is deceiving. Its no where near city center

Very nice hotel, convenient for the Town Centre, well appointed rooms, reasonably priced drinks in the hotel.
