Nice hotel very clean and comfortable. Only downside was housekeeping comes early and knocks and then comes back every ten minutes so if you’re hoping to sleep in forget this hotel…

Two negative opinions Some people in my party found the bath too high. The safe did not work in my bedroom. The rest are all on the positive side, especially the breakfast, which was outstanding and great staffs

The location of this property is very convenient to Koln City Centre and Kind und Jugend However if you are checking in outside standard hours you could spend a great deal of time ringing the "night buzzer" so please be aware The conditions of the rooms were a bit shocking for a Accur hotel to be blunt When we checked in the pillow had actual dirt on it. Its hard to envision how the staff missed it. It was replaced with two throw style pillows which were even filthier. The manager the next morning remedied the situation but one questions how this would happen. The curtains were filthy with black marks and it seems they simply don't do regular maintenance.

Good location but not good service, don’t even provide free water anymore. Breakfast is definitely not worth of 21 EUR.

Missed information from Accor staff about rewarding points. Back-and-forth emails without a clear explanation of why I am not receiving my reward points. Accor has shown its racial discrimination against LGBTQIA . Never knew I will be experiencing racism from such an organisation linked to the upcoming Olympics. Leaking everywhere in the bathroom when you bathed. Funny smile from the bathroom and failing to provide adequate amenities. This hotel is not 3-star but rather 2-star.
