Good amenities and location

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the apartment was in a good condition and great location for walking to the inner city and local grocery shops. There is free selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7.

The studio was very clean, spacious, well equipped and in average condition. It was convenient to have access to a fridge, a microwave and a laundry room just in case. There is also a collapsible laundry rack in the room. The breakfast was simple but good. The pet fee was extremely reasonable if you’re bringing a dog or cat. There were some board games, a foosball table and a piano in the lobby to help pass the time. The location was quiet and away from tourist traffic but still within walking distance of attractions such as the chocolate museum. It is also right around the corner from a Rewe grocery store. My only complaint was the front desk. They were understaffed so check in ended up taking 40 mins. In addition they were not always very responsive when it came to requests for new sheets or towels.
