It has been the worst experience I had ever had. We had one towel for the six days. No toilet paper for the same period of time. No shampo no body soap.
When we arrived the bed esa not made I had to make it myself.

Great Colmar
Posted 15 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place is very well placed between the railway station and Petite Venise. It is comfortable and spacious. The only thing we would say is that the internet speed is slow.

Lovely little apartment within easy walking distance of the main tourist area. Highly recommend.

I perhaps didn’t understand what I was booking but this is essentially a glorified dormitory. When you arrive sheets are there to make your own bed. You have to go out and purchase your own toilet tissue, facial tissue etc. There was an odour in the refrigerator. You have to pay for extra towels 9 euros each.
In terms of positive points they have underground parking for a 10.50 Euro per night fee. The hotel is a reasonable walking distance to most of the sights you would want to see in Colmar and lots of restaurants 10 minutes away. There is onsite laundry (2 washers; one dryer)
