Thank you very much for the customer service. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good and the hotel areas clean.

We liked the location of Hotel Primo to the Gare and the Christmas markets. The staff was hospitable and warm. The beds and linens were clean. The breakfast was okay. The downside was the toilet, it was dirty and smelly and definitely needed a good scrubbing, streaks and marks were quite visible which was a total turnoff.

Bad experience. No cold water at all in shower and hot water was boiling hot. Couldn’t take a shower. Beds were flimsy and mattress literally fell down on the side to the floor when I approached the edge to get up. I fell twice. Unbelievable!!! I’ve stayed in small hotel rooms and this one beat them all. BTW staff didn’t seem to be surprised or care when I told them about all this. 😰

Awful, awful, awful.
Posted 31 Dec 2022 on Hotels Dirty and run down. The toilet did not flush and the seat was literally not even attached to the toilet. Avoid at all costs.
