Great hotel, but key issues
Posted 9 Dec 2023 on HotelsI appreciated the fact I was able to book a nice room via hotels.com during the Christmas market in Colmar only 3 weeks earlier. I called not long after to confirm the parking situation and was told parking "would not be an issue". Upon arriving the receptionist asked if I reserved a parking spot which is when i knew i had a major problem especially during the Christmas market. I spent 30 minutes looking for parking to then find out the room was not ready at 1500 per advertised expectations. While tge hotel is very nice, my specific situation was disappointing especially when spend over $1,000 for the night.

We apologize that you spent 30 minutes searching a parking place. There are a lot of tourists during the christmas period and every day is different with the availabilities in the parking lots. Our hotel propose some places on reservation which were already fully booked. Concerning the check in time, our cleaning team is doing his best to finish on time. We apologize if it was not the case.
