We stopped off for one night whilst travelling. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and good shower room. No relaxing sitting in the bedroom but we spent a pleasant evening in the dining area downstairs. No tea making facilities in the room but a coffee machine and microwave by the reception are available. Dogs can be let out in a small garden in front of the hotel and there’s seating there weather permitting;). Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice. Min punt bacon and eggs were greasy and stodgy. But there was enough choice not to miss them. All in all recommend this place.

Arrived late in the evening with a reservation made via Expedia for 2 x three-person bedrooms. The puzzled receptionist said the hotel did not even do three-person bedrooms, and so told us that she would try and contact her boss to find out what to do. An extra bed was eventually found and put in one of our rooms. Building work was also going on adjacent to the room our children were staying in.

Good hotel for a short stay

A decent place to stay not too far from the Colmar city centre. I would recommend this hotel only if you have your own transportation otherwise it is very difficult to go to and fro. The room was rather small but it was clean and well kept. The bathroom was very old and the lighting was a little dull. Nevertheless, we had a great lake view from the room and the staff was very friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and the breakfast was also good.
