Room felt more like a hospital room than a hotel room. Breakfast food was not good.

During my last visit to college station, I had a terrible experience at this property.
I was assured by management my next stay would be comped.
Nope. They lied and y'all took my deposit.

I'm the general manager and you spoke with Allison at checked in, we have never had a General Manager at this property named Carlos. I opened the property and i have never issued a comped room for a 3rd party reservation.
