The hotel is new and in good condition. Free breakfast has a lot of options. Parking is easy. Beds are comfortable -- the foldout couch is not, and there wasn't enough bedding for the foldout -- just 1 flat sheet, a pillow with no pillowcase, and a sad little blanket. However, we couldn't sleep. The air conditioner was super loud and cycled on and off, with the air blowing directly on the bed. When the AC was on, the room was cool and comfy, but as soon as it turned off, the room turned hot and stuffy.

The studios are well sized with nicely spaced bed and living space. Having a kichenette helps a lot on extended stays.
The free breakfast, although not elaborate is good to have rather than having to leave the hotel searching for one

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Quick easy access to campus. Several restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient.

Didn't clean the room when they were supposed to. Didn't make the bed when they finally did clean it
