No staff was there at check in for over 2 hours. No housekeeping or pool. No hot water on last night and morning. Though staff that was finally present was friendly, none of them were able to address our complaints. Was given email for GM and still have not heard back regarding our stay, after numerous emails. Very run down, needs updating and better management. Front desk staff member Kendrick was very friendly!

This place shouldnt even be in service anymore. It looks like you’re staying in a 1970s place

Everything in the room was in bad conditions. Toilet was leaking, holes in the walls, etc.

The tub was old and nasty. The condition of the property on the outside is horrible. The pool was green-brown. It has probably not been painted on the outside in 25 years.

This property is seriously dirty, unsafe and in disrepair. And they charge as much as places that are well kept. Do not go here.

It’s in very poor condition though the staff was fine. The carpet in half the room was wet and railings rusted.
