Every staff member greeted you, were courteous, and shared a smile anytime you approached them. Everything was clean. We would definitely return!

When I went to report the A/C was extremely loud and maintenance needed to repair it. I was told they already new it was loud. So I said "you put me in a room that you already knew had issues and we didn't get any sleep due to the A/C screaming and freezing up all night", the lady said "YES" we have to utilize all the rooms. We have stayed here numerous times and will not be back. Trash was all over the hallways. Breakfast was horrible.

Had to depart a day early and was told that I could not be credited. For that reason, unlikely to stay at another Hyatt property.
