My room wasn’t cleaned at all during my entire stay. I was stuck in a room with a double bed for a day with a shower that didn’t drain. I couldn’t shower until the next day at 2pm. I would like a refund for my stay because I am extremely dissatisfied

Hi I chose this hotel because of the pool and pool wasn't available my entire stay 5/23-26. I have food restrictions and having to go to lobby to warm up food late night was such a inconvenience. First day I requested not to have my room cleaned and second I asked if my room could be cleaned. I found dirty gloves left behind and the bathroom was restocked but I don't think it was cleaned.

Really great room with living room and bedroom areas -- really spacious and comfortable. People who work here are wonderful, even the workers who were doing construction work.
