This was not a good hotel for me and my son to stay at. There was parties going on throughout the hotel rooms, the curtain rod was broken so we couldn’t shut them at night. The room didn’t feel clean. The morning breakfast was gross my son wouldn’t eat anything I tried to but it was not good. We will not be returning to this hotel again.

This hotel is located in a dangerous area. The property is fenced in to keep homeless people out. They have security who bang on doors all hours of the night yelling security and demanding that you open your door at 3:40 in the morning to prove the wandering homeless people don’t belong in your room. The breakfast they advertise was awful. The front desk people are clueless and uninterested in customer service. Worst stay ever. Please avoid this hotel if you are traveling alone- no one could tell me why I had to open the door for security- I answered thru the door what do you want? He continued to bang - but as soon as my husband opened the door just a little bit - they said wrong room and walked away no telling what may have happened if I was alone and had to open that door. I mean how could he tell from a crack in the door that the person didn’t belong or wasn’t in my room that quickly after banging to get in for so long? Ladies please be careful

Thank you for your response but we are not in a dangerous area. The fence you mention is a gated parking lot not intended to keep homelessness out just a parking lot for our guest. Also our breakfast serves eggs, bacon, sausages, omelets, fruits, cereals, pastries, pancakes, juices, Milk, Yogurts. There is plenty to choose from if not there is a Waffle House in the area. As far as the security we certainly apologize that was an error and the wrong room. We were not looking for any homelessness we were simply checking rooms due to a sold out situation. We have been open a year and we have not had any situations where people felt unsafe. Thank you again for your response we will take your feedback and better improve our operations.

We checked in close to 7:00pm. After waiting in line 30 minutes, our room wasn’t ready but thankfully she had a double queen room ready so chose that. The desk attendant did great for what she had available but it was obvious they had minimal/no cleaning staff for the reservations since they were 8 hours behind on cleaning rooms.

Your front reception Staff IS TERRIBLE. I ask.. after been given my Key that was closed up in envelope What is my room number ? She replied somewhat nasty look in you envelope. Okay I don't know where elevator is I don't if there is and internet password. I was just floored as senior citizen being treated like that. She made sure she told me about parking my vehicle and how much it was to cost and if I didn't park in the hotel parking I could get tow away. I very unhappy about how I was treated as Single Senior Citizen with Military Privileges
