3-Star Hotel with many 4-Star Features
Posted 1 Dec 2023 on HotelsIt's a 3-star hotel with many 4-star features. A bit out of the way if you want to tour Parma. Also, somewhere it says the hotel is attached to a shopping center. I am not sure where I read this, but it is not true. It is free-standing with no shopping center in sight. Overall, very comfortable, many modern features, and great value. Good breakfast, too.

A variety of ages was represented, in keeping with the “campus” name. Lovely breakfast offerings, and very hospitable to all throughout our stay.

Great value for the price!
Posted 29 Jul 2019 on HotelsThe check-in was fast and easy. The service was very good. Breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were clean and spacious. They even had a good fitness room as well.
All in all it's an excellent value for the price.

2 night for a sports event

The hotel is basic but has everything you need for a stay in the area. There is a convenient super market, gym and pool nearby. I would definitely stay again. The only negative comment is that the elevator is very slow but since there are only 3 floors you can always use the stairs (once you find them since they are external).

Pros: Beds are big and comfortable.
Cons: The lift is little bit old
2 nights at the hotel. Overall is good. Family and business hotel.
