Great Price, Nice Room...
Posted 30 Oct 2023 on HotelsExcellent price, nice room, staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Some common areas, however, really need some upgrading: carpet on hallways are stained, giving a not-so-really nice atmosphere. But, overall is a bargain.

The stay was wonderful, with a serene and tranquil area offering a stunning view of the mountains.
However , we had no AC and had to do with fan. (
The floor is carpet and had many stains on it.)

The hotel is beautiful, but a little difficult to get to without a cab. The staff is exceptional, they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is in a beautiful location with great amenities.

Our single room with queen bed had a glass wall bathroom. For those who enjoy some privacy in the bathroom this maybe isnt the best choice. Room was very clean and comfortable overall. Public areas of the hotel could be cleaner

Posted 15 Jun 2022 on HotelsGreat value but far from everything. Meals were great fantastic breakfast and supper is a real deal at 18 euro including drinks. Nice pool, close to Montserrat but not much else. A nice atmosphere

Room with a view
Posted 6 Oct 2021 on HotelsThe hotel is used as a training and conference centre, so it has a very corporate feel. It’s dated and the carpets in the corridors are years beyond their replacement date. The rooms are large and reasonably well soundproofed. The balconies on one side have excellent view of the famous Montserrat sierra. Breakfast was served rather than buffet and was adequate without being worthy of other comment . The staff were all attentive to client need. All on all good value.

Disappointing service
Posted 23 Jul 2021 on HotelsA-C in the room didn't work. Front desk person was very rude when I asked if they could look into it, which they didn't do at any point. They didn't offer to change rooms, despite of having low occupancy.
Restaurant and bar were closed due to Covid measure s, but they were having an event with 50+ people at the same time.
