The place is dirty, very old and run down. The A/C in the room did NOT work. Colima is a hot humid tropical state so you can imagine that it was a horrible night. They have extremely old furniture, very uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. Extremely noisy. Just a very old creepy feeling hotel due to lack of maintenance and remodeling. They charge expensive for a very poor quality hotel.

Pools and activities offered are fantastic! they also provided us with a free pass to their adjoining gym. Their equipment and facilities are the best.

The property is old, we have problems with the Internet and you cannot make local calls from your room, you have to go to the Front Office to be able to make a call even if it is a local call. The restaurant is in terrible condition, we only ordered lunch once and it took more than two hours to deliver it.
