Scenic, sunny bliss

The location is the best part of this accommodation but the comfortable lounge room comes a close second. A great place to stay and chill - maybe even see a whale :)

Great house, spectacular views, close to Coles Bay. The only niggle is the 3 pm check in. This is ridiculous and very inconvenient.

Amazing Views

Clean and comfortable property with amazing views over the bay, plenty of room for our family of 6. 5 min drive into town and 20 mins to Freycinet National Park. Would definitely come back again and stay.

Property was clean, great location. However, they only provide one towel per person and only provided sheets on one bed. That seems a bit cheap given how much we paid. Also, the WiFi did not work (our phones, iPhone X, had a hard time finding the signal and when we did find the signal the password didn’t work!). To make matters even worse, multiple phone calls to our contact were not returned. AWFUL SERVICE! Will take my business elsewhere next time.

Hi Chris, Thank you for your review and feedback. It is standard in self contained accommodation to provide one towel per person, the linen we use is high quality and the towels are a good size and fluffy. We could have provided you with extra towels if we were advised of your needs. We do ask you to confirm their bedding requirements prior to your arrival. We like to make beds fresh for the next arriving guests. If we made all beds (for up to 7 guests) and they were not used, they would have to sit there for however long until they eventually get used, we just think it is so much nicer for guests to know they are fresh sheets ever time. I am also not sure who you called, but our office is manned 7 days a week, we also have an after hours phone for guests to reach us 24/7 and we did not receive a call from you? The phone numbers are in the compendium and in your booking information. Apologies, but we simply did not receive a call from you or even a message. The wifi code is correct and is in the compendium, we would have been more then happy to help if we had received a call, we are here to assist guests 24/7. Good view mat in hallway falling apart and needs removing , a trip hazard. Windows had Childs hand marlks all over and joins in cushions were full of chips and dirt

Our cleaning standards are usually very high, as you will see in all other reviews. A lovely property. Excellent for a big group Would recommend purchasing groceries before you journey to Coles Bay as there are limited options at the local store
