The property was ok. It wasn’t as private as I was hoping it would be. It was clean but there was an unusual smell in the property when we arrived.
It was fine for just coming back at the end of each day after a day out exploring.

It is quite private with a whole balcony to yourselves, it is however attached to another house, but they have access from the other side.
Upon inspection we could not detect any unusual smell. This property is one of the most affordable in this region with lots of lovely aspects and river view.
We do hope to see you back again soon.

Very adorable cabin in coles bay and only a short drive to the freycinet national park and local shops/cafes. The cabin has all the neccessarties required and decent heating. Great spot!

Pros: It was very clean and cosy
Cons: Better instuctuons for the induction hob as I have never used one and googled for better instructions. Manu saved the day!!👍
Location: Not a lot of activities there but there is quad biking for the adventorous and a lot of walking tracks for the quieter times
Lovely little studio accommodation, very clean and cosy. Good location nota busy place very quiet and a good view but a little bit blocked by trees.
Would stay again as it is well equipped for an overnight or few days stay.

Overall is fine. Except too many house rules and related penalty.

We do hope you had a wonderful time in this beautiful studio.
We do have guidelines for our guests, a lot of these are for security & safety. Booking a self contained property there are a lot more things we do need to advise guests about.
I'm not sure though what you are meaning about penalty's? We do ask guests one thing only and that is to please wash their dishes before vacating the property or there may be a small extra cleaning fee that may apply. This is a standard request for self contained accommodation.
We do hope you have some lovely memories of this region and look forward to seeing you back again.
