The view of the mountain where spectacular. The only thing was the right side of the mattress had collapse which made sleeping up pleasant

Very close to everythhing. But no air conditioning

Air conditioning is not generally needed in this region, as we only have a couple of hot days and we usually have an afternoon sea breeze that cools it down nicely. Apologies if it was a hot day on one of the days you stayed, we do have a fan provided in this studio to help cool it down also. We hope you were comfortable.

Great view. Excellent location to shops and the national park. Comfortable bed and laundry facilities that are handy. If you want to relax and watch the TV then forget about it. All channels pixelate and it's mostly impossible to watch. Discussions with the management resulted in a visit from a rep and told that's just the way it is. The owner of the local shop said there isn't usually a problem, they probably need a booster. The policy of completely washing up all plates and glasses is fine with me but it's critically flawed as the glasses etc are only as clean as the last tenant decides to leave them. In our case we washed all the wine glasses, they were really grimy. I would definitely recommend this property despite no warning that they were still under construction of new villas directly behind the exisiting ones, it looked like it was getting close to completion.

The TV channels do work, I'm not sure if we had really windy weather at the time of your stay, but this is usually the only times that we have disruptions in this region. We checked this upon your departure and it was working fine. Apologies that this happened during your stay. We would definitely be aware of this if it was a regular occurrence and it would certainly be mentioned in reviews, however this is the first time we have had this come up for this particular property.
We do have high cleaning standards, and kitchen items are usually checked each clean, apologies if the wineglasses were missed.
The construction behind these studios has been completed. Unfortunately, it was hard to advise guests, as the work was constantly stopping and starting and we are not made aware of when that was happening. We do hope this did not negatively impact your stay.

Nice cottage, great view, but an uncomfortable cheap bed! Bad form for the price. Also should have been advised the property is a construction site.

We apologise if you found the bed to be uncomfortable, we usually have feedback of it being the opposite to this and have reviews and comments on how comfortable guests have found it to be. It can be very difficult to provide a mattress that everyone likes regarding firmness etc, however just letting you know it is not a "cheap" mattress. Your comfort is very important to us and the owner and we will certainly monitor this feedback.
There has been some construction going on over at the back of the property that has now finished. This construction has stopped and started over the past few months, and we were not informed that there would be any noise while you were staying as they were not working on it at this time. It is also not visible unless you go right around the back, which there is no direct access to do this from this studio.
We do hope you managed to have a lovely time in this beautiful studio and special region.

The views of the Hazards and the bay from the studio are spectacular- from the bed, the lounge, the kitchen and the deck. The studio is charming- compact, modern but cosy. We had a an issue which was dealt with promptly and fairly.
It is well equiped with hob, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer. The location is extraordinary, and the cabin made the most of it. It was perfect for the two of us.

Great location!
Posted 10 Sep 2018 on HotelsClose to national park, incredible view and very modern and clean. Bed is comfortable. A washing machine and dryer at the end of our trip was a nice bonus. The most wonderful starry nights. Perfect!!
