The house was clean, warm,well equipped although there weren’t any instructions for the television and we were unable to turn it on

Amazing view and beautiful location. Beds super comfy. Clean and really well appointed. Kids loved the pool table. We’ll be back!!

The view was stunning but the price was too much for this place. The place had no dishwasher even it was mentioned in signs to turn it on, no tea towels to wash up with. No dryer, couldn’t even reach the clothes line. The living area is great. The place is just a little tired and needs a good clean.

We hope you had a wonderful time in this beautiful ocean view property.
This holiday house is in the price range it should be for this very popular region and it is more expensive to stay in this area in general, compared to other parts of Tasmania.
We do not have this property advertised in Expedia as having a dishwasher or dryer, and I think you may have misunderstood the notes in the compendium. It states "if there is a dishwasher" to please do the following.
Upon inspection there were tea towels in the 3rd drawer for you to use, as per all of our correspondence we are only a phone call away if you need any assistance, we could have assisted you in locating them prompty.
We also have very high standards of cleaning, as you can see by our reviews. If you could please be more specific about what was not to standard? As we have highly trained staff, and also cleaning supervisors double check each house before guests arrive, just to ensure it is perfect for each of our guests.
We hope you have wonderful memories of your visit to this region and we look forward to seeing you back again.

Has great ocean views. Just a little older property but still a great place to stay for relaxation and easy access to Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay etc. Also has a nice billiards table.

Family get together
Posted 10 Sep 2018 on HotelsGreat location a few kilometres from coles bay. Excellent view in several directions. 3 good sized bedrooms could suit a few families or 3 couples. Pool table room was a good bonus. Very well laid out and everything you need to enjoy a stay away from home.
