We were not able to check in because we had 2 head of sheep in our truck and they didn’t allow that on the property. We had to find another motel at midnight.

Needs updating, and an electrician

The staff was friendly and helpful enough, but our room had many issues: the window unit didn't fit the window well, so there was a draft (we were in a blizzard, so this was an issue). Draft under the door, as well. I stuffed towels in both places. We weren't told the window unit didn't work, so when we tried it we lost all power to the room, so I had to go to the front desk to get power turned on again. We were told to just use the space heater on the night stand. The fixtures on the sink were not attached well. There was an extension cord running from an outlet under the window, looped over the door to the room, then to the TV on a different wall. Broken/chipped plaster in the bathroom ceiling, incomplete floor tiling there as well. For what we paid for this room (around $108, plus $15 for our pet), I expected better room conditions.

I’m sorry for inconvenience but heavy snow and wind all snow went to the AC unit and I don’t think so there is unfinished floor in the room. And before I we rented room to you we ask you you to see the room and you check the room and Agee to take it.

Clean, older property being remodeled. Fair price for the night. Front desk staff kind and friendly. Will stay again.

Wow. Not clean linens or room. No TV in room. No chair. Not even a hook to hang clothes. Disorganized check in. No way would I go to an XYO motel again. Yikes!

The hotel was obviously in a stage of refurbishment. My room was clean, but surrounding areas outside were bad. My room had heat only by a tiny space heater, which quit working five minutes after it was turned on. Worst of all was my door had no lock other than the chain lock. I moved furniture to secure the door. However, I stay at Oyo hotels as i travel and I am sure as soon as remodel is completed the hotel will meet the expected standards. The man who checked me is was very congenial, but not so much the female.
