Hi Shannon, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Often guests get excited about being placed in a two bedroom apartment, thinking they have been given a free upgrade. Once they find out this is not the case it can be a bit disappointing. This method of apartment allocation is quite common. The second bedroom and bathroom are locked so the guest can only access to the size of the apartment that was paid for. In this case our receptionist did try to explain this to Justin. We hope they enjoyed their stay regardless.

Beautiful accommodation--sleek, new, clean, with lovely balcony.
I didn't care for the trains just a biscuit toss away, and the clean view of homeless tents was somewhat disconcerting.

We do not have control over either of these things; however we have been liaising with council to find a solution for the homeless people.
