Cheap room for a quick stay. That's about as far as it goes.
Rooms are I'm need of some restoration. Damaged tiles and chipped paint everywhere. Service at the restaurant was great but unfortunately we ordered the Angel hair pasta with chilli/Prawns etc. At $36 a main I expected to see some Prawns in there. I think I found 4 or 5 smallish pieces and I mean a piece was about 1cm big. No chilli that I could taste and definitely wasnt seasoned. One of the Angel hair pasta dishes was in a pool of oil and the other was not. It resembled chicken noodle soup to be exact. Couldnt taste any saffron. Hands down probably the most ripped off meal i have had in a while. Hard to stomach. Our food arrived in 30 seconds so we decided not to stay as the dining experience was over pretty quick.
Also be wary. They make you pay extra money as a security deposit and don't give you your money for 48 hours after checkout. Maybe they should use the interest they make of that money to buy some more Prawns for their menu items.
Avoid the dining experience and head into town.

Hi Michael,I'm sorry to hear your stay wasn't up to expectation.The Angel Hair pasta is made to the same recipe across all three properties we manage, including the award winning Jonahs boutique Restaurant.I take it you haven't travelled in a good while as security deposits are commonplace in the industry. They can take up to 14 days to return to you, we speed this process up by manually releasing every bond so that you get your money back faster. We do not make interest. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Late check in & restaurant. Reasonable rate for an overnight stopover.

This property looked beautiful online and had good general reviews and hence we booked it for our last trip.
Following are the areas of concern that one should consider before planning to stay here -
1 - Rooms are very old and not very well kept. They are in a desperate need of refurbishment.
2 - There is very limited to no undercover parking. You would be parking on the side of street as the current undercover parking is largely occupied by permanent residents.
3 - There are no lifts. You should expect to carry your luggage over several floors. Even the room that was advertised as ‘Ground’ required us to take 3 flights of stairs.
Overall I would not recommend this place. There are certainly better options available in the beautiful city of Coffs Harbour.

Rooms are looking a little dated and we couldn't get a park anywhere. But it was clean and quiet to sleep so that was great!

Nice facilities, kids loved the outdoor pool, good place to stop on travel between Sydney and Gold Coast.
