Bathroom was pretty gross, wouldn’t take shoes off in hotel room, smell was terrible as well.

Very upsetting that I had to pay almost $40 extra through Expidia when the rooms were only $128! That’s not right at all $ I paid 163!!!

i had made 8 reservations through a third party 3 weeks in advance, and when the holiday inn in coffeyville ks became overbooked, they canceled our reservations because we booked third party. that can be understandable, but what is not acceptable is that we had no warning. everyone drove over 2 hours to be turned away. will not be using the holiday inn.
