Rooms are fine surrounded areas and hallways need attention

Manager does not know ADA laws and refuses to be educated. Demands photo ID for service dog (illegal) cannot take food to room, too bad if you have mobility issues or can't be in crowds. Room remodels are nice but hallway and stairs feel like $20/hour motel. Will never return due to manager and front desk rudeness (except Bailey who tries to temper down her bosses). Too many options in area for less money to be disrespected. Beds are NOISY, don't move or everyone in room will wake from the squeaking.

My hubby loved the comfortable bedding and it was very quiet. I didn't like the location as I thought it was closer to the cruise port. Floors were dirty but I survived and love that they didn't have carpet. I would stay here again as the price was very reasonable.

Started off with a door that wouldnt lock. Then to one that key cards needed reset daily. Had to ask for towels. Fridge barely cooled. T.V. was old. And a.c. unit sounded like a train. Wont stay again

The bathtub did not hold water. The bed was very noisy as to whatever the mattress was on. We only would eat a bagel or waffle in the morning and were not allowed to take back to our room to enjoy while relaxing.

The property is being remodeled. Breakfast could have been better but it was a good place to stay
