The staff at the front desk was wonderful when i arrive and it didn't take much time for me to check in,

Very kind staff. Clean rooms. I stay regularly for work. Its out of the busy part of town still lots of things close.

Uncomfortable pillows, body wash and shampoo missing from shower; very poor quality breakfast!

The room was clean and comfortable, except for the tiny bed pillows. Easy parking. I would stay here again.

They specifically rigged their TVs to not work with hdmi devices

I would for the room through Expedia and when I got to the hotel they asked for a 150$ incidental deposit but I cash no debit card or credit card. The info that was put in on the website was in correct in person and no extra blankets per room. You can't even pay for extra blankets. The hotel hallways were dirty and the room didn't smell airy fresh if you know what I mean overall 0 out of 10 would not book again
