The television did not work - it was stuck on one channel. The girl at the desk was nice and apologetic but said there was nothing she could do. She said we couldn’t move to another room bc they were booked. At checkout the woman the next morning again was apologetic and professional but said she couldn’t do anything bc I booked my room through a third party, Expedia. Some sort of refund/discount should be applied as I booked a room w a TV for my two kids and didn’t get what I paid for

Room was dark and dusty. Air conditioner kept turning itself off. Too hot to sleep comfortably. Front desk said it was to save money on electricity. $200 dollars per night should come with adjustable consistent air conditioning.

This hotel must have government housing in it because there were zombies walking in and out of the hotel at all hours of the day. I even saw one zombie passed out on the sidewalk a few steps from the hotel at 9am. Sad sights. There is also a Lowe’s parking lot that is very noisy right next to the hotel. I did not feel very safe while I was staying there. The drug epidemic must be bad in that area.

My room was not available when I got there. I couldn’t get in a room until 5p, 2 hours behind. I didn’t make stink about it because it was out of my control and I didn’t want to ruin my daughter’s graduation. When I asked for a late check out I was told that I could not because they were fully booked coming in. So I was upset that I was forced to be accommodating but when I asked for accommodations, none were afforded. I will not be staying there again and it was a poor reflection on Hilton.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and well kept. Area was quiet and clean. Typical breakfast, but had exceptional lemon waffles! Would stay there again!

We stay here when we come up from NC to see doctors at Johns Hopkins. Great staff. Friendly. Convenient to Drs office.
