The hotel is very clean. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful.

this spring break, myself and four other girls came and stayed at hotel santa teresa by the beach. we are absolutely at a lost for words to begin to explain how much we enjoyed our stay. we were looking for a boutique hotel feel and this is exactly that. the photos and map don’t do it justice because its beautiful and spacious and sitting not even a block from the beach. we were greeted and spoiled by the same staff every morning who went absolutely above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. the staff is truly what made this place so special. we especially loved steven, david, louis, kevin, and josue. we will forever love and remember hotel santa teresa by the beach!

Wonderful stay in Playa Carmen
Posted 31 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay! Warren was very friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is very convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, and most importantly... the beach! We will definitely come back!
