Nice hotel but your staff needs more training

Our unpleasant experience was while having breakfast - the attendant was rude, chewing gum and constantly at us while we were eating. We felt that we couldn’t enjoy breakfast. Such a shame.

No invoice if you book by hotels.Com

My problem is that I have not received one invoice for the amount paid.
The hotel said that can not release the invoice to me for the full amount and I have to ask hotels. Com to provide me one.
Until now I have not been able the get the invoice from the website or from the mobile application.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. We were really happy with the service, the staff was very friendly and polite. Our room was really nice and clean. The breakfast was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay there.
