Very disappointing, traffic noise keep me awake, too close to the main road..at one stage thought the truck was entering the room.

Cosy for a 1 nights stay . Would stay there again . Close to everything, slept very well.
Clean sheets, hot shower - maintenance needed (leak in vanity, mattress starting to sag, range hood and bathroom fans not working, frypan took so long to work in the stove top - we gave up trying to cook dinner that way)

free laundry but otherwise a bit basic

However the laundry was free to use which is excellent.
Cooktop was ancient. Deck faced into the road - which was ok as not too busy.
