I always stay at a quality inn when traveling. I do wish AARP was excepted. Is their a reason why you do not accept it.

1. Selected this property based on pool and hot tub. Both hadn't been used in months.
2. Property looked rather tired.
3. Striker plate on bathroom door missing, could not close/lock door and shower humidity could get into sleeping area (plus the security issue).
4. Soap dish in shower was nasty, room service should clean this after customers check out.
5. Value was lacking. I've had better for cheaper.

The room was suppose to be non smoking. It stunk of smoke

Rooms seem to be still in the 1970s. Worn out carpet, furniture, bath fixtures, etc. Spend a little more to avoid this place.
