My keycard quit working after the 1st day and it took until the end of my stay before they were able to fix the issue, but then only 1 of my cards worked.

The breakfast was acceptable until a bug crawled out onto the counter near the waffles. The hallway to the rooms was really hot. We didnt get the room we booked since apparently it was given to another guest who was staying longer. Brenda was very sweet and gave us an equivalent room with a pullout couch instead of an additional bed. Also for some reason the phone cord has been cut so you cant call the front desk. Rooms were comfortable enough.

My father is wheelchair bound, the faculty removed a chair for us to make room. The only complaint he had was the carpet was multi grooved which made it a bit challenging for him. Our thanks for a wonderful stay

Nice clean older property. Not much for breakfast choices compared to other chains. Bath amenities were pretty sparse, only the basics, soap, shampoo, conditioner.

Bugs everywhere in room, common area and dining area. Musty smell everywhere and muggy. Did have good working ac so that helped with small and humidity

Prime example of you get what you pay for...Housekeeping is lacking. During a six night stay when we asked for fresh towels and shampoo we were given various excuses for why our room wasn't serviced. Most popular was you have to request it by 10 AM. We did, three times. Our room wasnt touched once during our stay. Breakfast is very limited and the same simple options daily. Staff was often out front on smoke breaks.
