There was peoples garbage in the hallways that stunk( more than one room), it smelled like dog urine in common areas, the front desk attendant could not print an important paper for us and when we told him the room blow dryer didn’t work he wouldn’t give us a working one. The air conditioner was very noisy. The elevator seemed unsafe. Our room smelled also.

This is the worst place I have ever stay. I only stayed one night since it was too late to find another place, and the bed linen was burnt with cigarettes and they could not give me another one. The mold in the bathroom did not allow me to even shower, and the smell in the room was awful. Avoid at all!

The property had the smell of gasoline and they did not have the rooms we had paid for. We entered the room and there was trash everywhere.

I never checked in, your site booked me into the Wrong Super 8 I am in KENT OH! I researched KENT KENT and for reasons I don't know Your site picked Cleveland.
I checked into in the Correct Super 8 in Kent. Do not try to double bill me. I wasted over 3 hours trying to contact you people, suport does not exist! I have contacted my Cards and informed them, not to honor that double billing. Why does site LIE about support.

Someone checked into my room and used the bed. When i went to complain about it the guy said it was fine because he didnt stay the night in there. I was appalled. I am going on 2 weeks of not receiving my refund. After he refused to give me a different room I checked out. I wouldnt bring my children to a place like that again.

Lobby kinda smelled like a public bathroom when we came in, room reeked like cigarettes. Smoke stains on the walls, burn holes in the blankets, lightbulbs that hadnt been changed in a while flickering and fire alarms chirping all night. The staff was really kind and helpful, but overall the stay was kinda grimy.
