Originally we had planned to stay only 1 night then later changed it to 2 nights. I had to book 2 separate rooms but once I checked in the lady assured me that we could stay in our room and wouldn’t have to change! That was a huge relief. The hotel smelled and looked clean! Entering our room we were very pleased. It was clean. It smelled nice. The water pressure is great! Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. We would definitely come back!

Excellent location. Easy checkin. Readily available luggage carts. Beautiful pool and workout room. Comfy beds. Nicely decorated. Easily operated cooling system. Easy free parking. Excellent breakfast.. very friendly employees overall!

The maintenence man was very welcoming & nice. The hotel was clean & the breakfast was delicious.

Left the Room 1 day at 7 o'clock AM returning at 3:30 PM and housekeeping had never been there

Thank you for your stay and the feedback, we went and looked at our housekeeping reports from your stay and the room that you were in. It states that your room had a DND sign on when the housekeeper left around 3:16pm hence the reason why you did not receive service. Our housekeepers work hard to take care of everyone and would have been happy to service the room if not for the DND sign on it. I hope you will give us another opportunity to see our housekeeping staff at work in the future for a multi night stay.

It was very close to everything we wanted to do. However when we first arrived the room had a terrible funky smell like dirty clothes. For a newly renovated space this was not expected. On our last day of a one week stay the fire alarm went off when a patron was smoking in the hotel at 03:15 am. There was no notification of false alarm or evacuate the hotel. Finally we were under the impression that being a member of Holiday Inns reward program that we would be earning points from our stay. We stay at holiday Inn at least several weeks per year. However this time we were told by the staff that since we used Expedia to book our stay that we would not earn any points from this one week stay. I’m thinking it may be time to find a better points reward program at a different hotel chain given the amount of travel we do yearly.

Good morning Linda,Thank you for feedback. The fire alarm is out of our control, the guest that set it off were removed from the property. As far as your points are concerned, if you want the benefits that come with the rewards program you have to book directly. We do not allow double dipping! Hope that clarifies the issue.
