Dina at the front desk is fantastic to deal with! Friendly and professional… Hotel is in a convenient place 5 mins from the beach by car “in Ohio”! Great choice’s that we will make again..

I couldn’t check in at 11 pm no one was in the front desk and called the number and no one picked (500)

Smelled so badly of smoke. All of our clothing ended up smelling like smoke. TV didn't work and was dirty (smeared looking). Had to wash all our clothes, even stuff packed.

This place felt like it was stuck in the 70s. Constant smell of old smoke in spite being in a non smoking room, and you could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms (we had both families and loud TVs above and on one side of us and it was loud though all hours of the night). The room was a bit dirty and towels had been left in the bathroom from the previous guest. Overall not a great experience.

My experience was terrible because the heat didn't work. When I reached out to customer service I was told there was nothing anyone could do. No one offered me any blankets or another resolution. It took a hour for the night staff to finally bring one blanket at 3am.
