A little oldish but a decent one for shorter stays.

The check in was smooth. There was only one person on duty and she did her best to help. She is the only reason why I give this location two stars. The bed was clean. The mini fridge worked. The location, the room, the hallways, the elevator, the stairways were not clean. The walls were damaged. breakfast cereal was on the floor around the bed. Specks of white tissue was scattered around the room on the floor. There is evidence that the tile floor in the bathroom has been repetitively cleaned but the area under the sink has not been. Once you step out of the lobby into the hallway there is an unpleasant odor. The elevator was worse. Stains on the carpets and walls. Some rooms the musty odor was too much to try to sleep in. I have stayed at this location 4 times over a period of years. I will not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was fabulous, our only complaint was how noisy the room was, we could hear people next door until late and upstairs people walking around. Could update mattress.

Very pleasant friendly staff. Room was not the cleanest in areas less used. Sink toilet tub all clean but not shelf under sink.
