The rooms were very nice and clean. We couldn't hear anyone else on our floor or the floor above us. The staff were very accommodating and friendly

Although the hotel was nice. I was highly disappointed that we did not get the room we booked. Instead of a King, we got two Queen Beds. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. Nothing was done to accommodate this situation. So, we just ended up leaving early. For the price it would seem these things should not happen.

Hello, Thank you for your comments. We do have times when we are overbooked in a certain room type and have to move guests to a different room type to accommodate them. Im sorry we did not acknowledge that you were on your anniversary and we will work with our staff to do a better job of that.

Room/bed was definitely not what I expected @ the cost of over $300!🙁

Beautiful modern hotel in a walkable area in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The room furnishings were very nice and staff were also helpful and pleasant.
