Beautiful modern hotel in a walkable area in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The room furnishings were very nice and staff were also helpful and pleasant.

I liked the location, comfort of the bed and pillows and the gracious staff. I wish there were tea bags in the room as I am a tea drinker not a coffee drinker.

Great property and place to stay in Cleveland. Overall, fairly clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Shower door didn’t close all the way. Breakfast buffet was fair, some items better than others. Overall would stay again! Convenient to coffee, restaurants and shopping downtown.
