I left my wedding ring in the room and the hotel called me within hours and are mailing it to me. Also, very convenient and easy place to stay

For it to be downtown Cleveland the part it’s in is not the cleanest and there where a lot of bagger’s around that where very rude

Room was smiling so bad and bathroom was rusty and dirty

We had to pay for parking, which was not indicated at booking. Our room had (other people's) hair throughout the room, on the "clean" towels and on the floor in the bathroom. Our room had a pull out couch/bed that was covered in stains. We had to go down to the desk to get sheets, pillow and blanket for the pull out bed. The lamp shade had what appeared to be blood on it. Overall, we were unimpressed, especially for the price, and did not feel comfortable having our young daughter there.
