My stay was great! I think that you all should work with Hyatt especially to allow points or rewards. Booking through you negated any opportunity to accrue points. That is sad!

The room was amazing as the view. They let us have a complementary late check out. However the girl that checked us in was new and didn’t tell us about any fees charged to my card. Said our room wasn’t ready even though we requested early check in, changed and checked our bags, our room was ready 5 mins later.

Room was clean and nice but air conditioning noisy. Beautiful sunset view options. Was on the 16th floor and noise from local bar could be heard in room was disruptive to sleep.

so disappointed in the check in process, he was more interested about trying to get me to upgrade than he was telling me about the hotel, the area, or answering my questions. the AC is not on anywhere except the room

I received a call while in the car on the way to the hotel from the airport saying they did not have my room I paid for available with 2 queen beds, Jordan said he upgraded me to a king suit by the pool, while I said that's nice Jordan it's not an upgrade, because I paid for 2 beds and needed the 2 beds, because I was traveling with my 2 teenage sons. He apologized and said they did not have any other rooms available that night but would provide a rollaway bed and make it right the next day. The next day Jose called and said our new room was available and they absolutely did make it right and put us in a 2 bedroom suite! The staff was friendly and definitely made up for the inconvenience and my boys were able to enjoy their birthday trip!
