I like that the staff asked about what type of housekeeping you prefer and what times (morning/afternoon)
Shor grille had amazing food!
The pool was nice with great bar!
It was nice to have beach towels available!

My stay was great! I think that you all should work with Hyatt especially to allow points or rewards. Booking through you negated any opportunity to accrue points. That is sad!

The room was amazing as the view. They let us have a complementary late check out. However the girl that checked us in was new and didn’t tell us about any fees charged to my card. Said our room wasn’t ready even though we requested early check in, changed and checked our bags, our room was ready 5 mins later.
