The only reason for the four instead of five is because the mattress was not supportive. I told the girl at the front desk. She thanked me and said she would let them know because she thought it was still under warranty.

Beautiful views, great location, the staff was super friendly and efficient. It’s an older place that has been fixed up nicely.

was offered a lakeside view when I reserved the room only to arrive and have a restaurant patio three feet from my slider door to the lake view i was expecting... but was also right next to the front desk and vending machines. NOISY very disappointed with my experience at the hotel...but the room was clean...

Julie, you are correct when you had originally booked you booked a king room with a single king bed and a full lake view. However, you had told us you needed a room with two queen beds, and the only open room at the time with two beds was an obstructed-view two-queen room. We are so sorry we didn't have a room with a better view open at the time to accommodate your needs.

Staff was friendly, room was very clean and modern, towels were soft, bed and sheets were very comfortable.

Wasn’t aware that there aren’t staff on the property 24/7, so when around midnight there was a loud commotion in the second floor where our room was located, that entailed a young child crying/screaming and a man yelling. I went into the hall to see if they were in the hallway but didn’t see anyone so the noise was coming from inside one of the rooms. My adult daughter walked into the hall as well but the crying/screaming & yelling had stopped. It was VERY disturbing and I definitely would have called the front desk but that wasn’t an option. I probably should have called 911 to report the situation.

Lakeview was great and rooms were clean. Beds were a bit too soft for me. The TV wasn't working, and we called Lisa who came by after hours to look into it. Ultimately the TV wasn't fixable on the might we stayed, but we were able to watch a movie with our own Amazon Prime acct.
