Shower head leak had rotted out a chunk of ceiling plaster (obviously been doing for some time), told front desk, they fixed that afternoon, but left my room door pried open/unlocked with security latch… it was like that for about 8 hours until I returned later that night, luckily no issues for me, but that’s just not a good thing! The staff was nice, but place needs some updates!

Very disappointed, paid for a spa room got to room no spa. Went to front desk and was told there were none available. No compensation for this mistake.

Affordable. Room clean and linens. Mattress was horrible but luckily we only stayed one night. We would definitely stay another time if needed and hopefully we’d have a better mattress. Lots of parking close to the entrances

Was a good deal price wise, but the mattress was saggy and room could use some updating.

I paid twice for the room because the reservation I made through Expedia wasn’t showing up in the system. I talked to Expedia before arriving, who talked to the management at the hotel and said they would have a room for us when we arrived and we would not have to pay again. Well, someone lied and we did not have a room waiting for us. So I paid a second time for a room with a tv that didn’t work, what looked like bloody smears on the bedskirt of one of the beds, and we didn’t need to use the key to get into our room because it never locked. Also the side door of the building which was supposed to be key-entry only never locked. Expedia is trash, which I now know and I will never use it again.
